CORE works across neighborhood-level barriers that affect family stability: limited access to safe activity spaces, uneven education support, and income pressure that can compound quickly.

Public posts show a strong emphasis on family events, youth recreation, and community-led fundraising for local hardship response, including flood-related support in Skagit County.

The center's approach combines physical wellness with practical life support so participants can build confidence, relationships, and long-term resilience.
